I’ve placed an order. Where is it?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow time for processing and delivery before reaching out.

I’m having an issue with my order. How do I contact you?

If you’re experiencing an issue with a merch order, please use the contact form and include your order number and a brief description of the issue so it can be resolved as efficiently as possible.

Are Dysfunktion Merch designs licensed?

At this time no licensed author merch is available from Dysfunktion Merch.

All design rights are owned by Dysfunktion Merch for commercial purposes.

Do you offer discount codes or a street team?

At this time, discount codes and street teams are not offered unless stated otherwise. Any promotions will be announced directly through official channels.

Can I request designs on other products?

At this stage, merchandise is offered on selected products only. Custom product requests are not currently available.
